Our Products:
Waterproofing Membranes
Our waterproofing membrane is a high-quality solution that is designed to protect your property from water damage. Our waterproofing membrane is suitable for various applications, including basement walls, swimming pools, and water tanks.
Types of Our Waterproofing Membranes
- Bituminous Waterproofing Membranes:
Our bituminous waterproofing membranes are made from bitumen, which is a viscous, black, and sticky substance derived from petroleum. These membranes are ideal for below-ground applications, such as basements, tunnels, and parking garages. - Synthetic Waterproofing Membranes:
Our synthetic waterproofing membranes are made from various materials such as PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin), FPO (Flexible Polyolefin) and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer). These membranes are more flexible than bituminous membranes and are commonly used for roofs, balconies, and terraces. - Liquid Waterproofing Membranes:
Our liquid waterproofing membranes are applied as a liquid and cure to form a seamless membrane. These membranes are ideal for irregular-shaped surfaces and areas with complex details, such as roofs, terraces, and balconies. - Modified bitumen membranes (MBMs):
This type of roofing and waterproofing materials are made by modifying asphalt with polymers or other additives. The resulting material has improved performance characteristics compared to traditional asphalt roofing materials.
MBMs are typically used in low-slope or flat roofing applications, although they can also be used in waterproofing applications such as basements, foundations, and tunnels. They are often installed as multi-layer systems that include a base layer, one or more reinforcing layers, and a surface layer.
One of the primary advantages of MBMs is their excellent resistance to temperature extremes and UV radiation, which makes them well-suited for use in areas with high sun exposure. They also have good flexibility and are able to resist cracking and splitting caused by freeze-thaw cycles.
There are several different types of MBMs available, including SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) and APP (atactic polypropylene) modified bitumen membranes.
SBS-modified bitumen membranes:- More flexible than APP-modified bitumen membranes
- Better suited for cold weather conditions
- Typically made with synthetic rubber modifiers (styrene-butadiene-styrene)
- Good elongation and recovery properties
- Suitable for low-slope and flat roofs
APP-modified bitumen membranes:- More heat-resistant than SBS-modified bitumen membranes
- Better suited for warm weather conditions
- Typically made with plastic modifiers (atactic polypropylene)
- Good resistance to UV rays and weathering
- Suitable for low-slope and flat roofs
- Available in different types, including heat-weldable, self-adhered, cold-applied, and cap sheets
